Collectively our experience totals over 40 years of knowledge gained from working with predominantly the Financial Services, Manufacturing and Telecommunications sectors. BERELIZE DE SOUSA

Leadership Landscape was founded by Berelize de Sousa in 2016. Berelize previouslynheaded up the Executive Search Business at Mindcor Group. An experienced human capital and executive search professional, Berelize has spent the last 17 years of her career in the sourcing & placing of top talent and joined Mindcor after establishing a Resourcing business for Datacentrix (Pty) ltd. Prior to that her time was spent in recruitment working with the Advtech group. She has been responsible for the successful hiring and on-boarding of key transformation candidates at the highest level as well as partnering with organisations in finding Non-Executive talent and assisting with their Board composition strategy. Berelize holds a BA Hons Industrial Psychology (RAU) and a Master’s Degree in Business Management.
